Directions; Beat 2 eggs and 1 ½ cup milk, add 1 TBS oil of choice, add pancake mix and stir well. Put oil or ghee in pan on medium high heat, pour ¼ cup mixture into pan and cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook until brown. For waffles decrease milk to 1 cup. Make approx. 12 pancakes
